By car
Hünfeld is directly connected to the A 7, the B 27 and the B 84, and via Fulda to the A 66 and Bad Hersfeld to the A 4 and the A5.

By train
The holiday area can be reached hourly by Intercity and Intercity-Express via Fulda Station from North and South. Guests from the West have Interregio train connection, visitors from Berlin have Intercity connection. Several times a day there are train connections to Erfurt, Leipzig and Dresden.
From Fulda you have bus and train connections to Hünfeld and from there further bus connections to all other villages in the holiday region "Hessisches Kegelspiel".
