Associations of Hünfeld

The club life in Hünfeld offers many opportunities to be active. With currently more than 180 associations throughout the city area, citizens can enjoy a wide range of activities and realize themselves with many different areas of interest and contribute to social cohesion in the city society.

Associations have a major social role and responsibility, not least through their youth work. They hold the community together and thus shape the cultural and social life of a city.

Therefore, it is also the responsibility of a city to provide reliable financial support to associations and their projects. For this purpose, the city of Hünfeld has drawn up a guideline for sponsoring associations.
